Fannizero merges fan community content with branded merchandise in one integrated experience. The core challenge: building something fans would use for the content — and spend on for the products.

The challenge

Fan and shopping apps operate in different emotional states. Content browsing is exploratory and identity-driven; shopping is goal-oriented. Merging both required careful flow design and a visual hierarchy that could shift between modes without jarring users.

The solution

A mobile-first experience with distinct yet connected content and commerce sections, unified through a shared identity and aesthetic. Content feeds keep users engaged; product placement is contextual rather than disruptive.
