Overview

Persuava is an AI content generation platform for e-commerce marketers — high-converting product pages, email campaigns, ad copy, landing pages, and advertorials at scale. The redesign simplified the core workflow while expanding features into a complete content lifecycle ahead of VC fundraising.

The challenge

The existing product lost users during onboarding. Generating a single piece of content required 36 sequential steps, so most new users abandoned before reaching any value. The interface failed to show arriving marketers what the platform could actually do.

The solution

We collapsed the core workflow from 36 steps to 5 on a single screen, and rebuilt the dashboard as a Notion-inspired workspace. New features included modular email templates, a landing-page builder with A/B variant generation, an advertorial flow, and an AI audience generator — plus a 100-page Webflow marketing site built in parallel.
